- Anger issues anxiety/stress (chronic worry, intrusive thoughts, fears), panic
- Social skills impairments in individuals with High Functioning Autism Spectrum Trauma/PTSD Substance abuse
Our providers use evidence-based techniques including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Behavioral Treatments including operant behavioral principles
- Exposure with Response Prevention
- Motivational Interviewing
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Interpersonal Therapy
- Trauma-Informed CBT
- We also integrate aspects of mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation into treatment, as well as use techniques from Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Harm Reduction models of therapy.
Intake, interview, and treatment sessions are billable to your insurance company.
