We specialize in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for the following issues and conditions:
(Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder)
(Autism, Asperger's, Pervasive Developmental Disorder)
At our clinic, a neuropsychological evaluation is a process. The outcome of an assessment answers the referral question and provides diagnostic clarification, with the aim of creating effective treatment plans that improve a patient's functioning. Neuropsychological evaluation also provides essential information that assists with behavioral treatment.
After all evaluative data have been collected (i.e., psychometric testing, behavioral observations, interviews, rating scales, and requested records have been received and reviewed), you will meet with the Evaluator for one or more feedback sessions.
You will receive a session note summarizing your test results, diagnostic impressions, and initial recommendations/plan.
Your Table of scores and Summary Note can be sent to a third-party at your request (with a signed Authorization form on file).
The Evaluator can also provide verbal feedback to other medical and academic professionals, at your request (with a signed Authorization form on file).
** Services are billable to most insurance companies**

Neuropsych testing and evaluation
We offer expedited evaluations outside of regular clinic hours. This service is not covered by insurance and is billed at a flat fee.
Expedited evaluations, including integrative reports, are completed within two weeks (once all requested documents/records have been completed and returned to the evaluator).
If you require expedited services, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will confirm availability, discuss expedited pricing, and outline timeline expectations for all parties.
Our Clinicians are often asked to complete paperwork for school, work, legal matters, to access accommodations for high-stakes examinations, or for other reasons. Contact the office to schedule a time to meet with your provider and complete these forms, subject to a fee based on provider availability.
If you would like a more comprehensive write-up. Your evaluator can provide an Integrative Neuropsychological Report for academic, occupational, medico-legal, disability, or other purposes.
If you want an Integrative Report for a non-clinical purpose, including: highly specific academic accommodations recommendations, testing accommodations, disability, ability to return to work/school, guardianship/legal competency questions, then you must discuss this with the Provider prior to the evaluation so the Provider can design an evaluation adequate to answer the referral question(s).
This report differs from the Summary Note you receive as part of your medical record and includes:
You must request this and discuss it with your evaluator in advance.
The cost of this service is $150-$450 per hour.
The time required typically ranges from 5 to 15 hours, depending on the purpose and scope of the evaluation/write-up.
