Academic testing for learning disabilities in reading, writing, and/or math is not billable through insurance. Comprehensive academic testing is offered at a flat rate of $700.00, which includes assessment across all academic domains as clinically indicated.
If only select academic areas are required for diagnostic purposes, the cost will be prorated accordingly. Payment is due on the day of testing.
For questions or to determine the scope of testing needed, please contact our office for additional information.
Medicaid will cover neuropsychological testing performed through your local county’s community health network or the public school system. Although some services may not be covered, we can offer next-step instructions, recommendations, and therapy sessions which are covered by your insurance. Please contact Medicaid if you have any questions on what is and what is not covered by your plan, and locations to your nearest community health.

Knowing how your insurance works, its coverages, deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, and maximum out-of-pockets are ultimately the responsibility of the Guarantor, as is the understanding of responsibilities provided by your individual health insurance plan.
Complete Neuropsychology Services and/or any of its third-party verification providers are not responsible for the confirmation of any client's benefits from their insurance policy. Insurance companies determine what is covered and decide whether to approve or deny their members' benefits. Ultimately, the Guarantor/Policy Holder is responsible for understanding their policy specifics and must contact their insurance company with any coverage questions.
