Accessing Your Patient Portal

Patient Portal Access

Please contact the office if you did not receive an email invitation to set up your portal. 


How to access your portal: 


Click the blue button above or through any internet browser at: 


www.cnsintouch.insynchcs.com


How to set up your Patient Portal: 

You must verify your account within 72 hours. Please contact the main office to send a new link if the original link expires.


Through your email invitation. 

  • Click "Click here to activate your login" (link expires in 72 hours).
  • Click "Close" (top right), when asked if you want to download a different browser. 
  • The username is listed in the activation email (should auto-populate).
  • Enter the patient's date of birth and mobile phone number on file.
  • Click "Proceed to Login".
  • You will be asked to agree to Insync's Patient Portal Terms and Conditions. Click "I Agree" when ready.
  • At this time you will need to reset your password. Your password must contain the following:

              - At least 8 characters

              - At least 1 uppercase character

              - At least 1 number

              - At least 1 special character

  • Confirm the password and press "Submit".
  • There may be additional messages before you get to the main page.


Now, you should be able to log in to your patient portal with your username and your new password.


Main Menu - Click the menu icon in the upper left hand corner (i.e., three horizontal lines) and check if there are any messages or forms to complete. 


Please take this time to click on "My Profile" and fill out your demographic and insurance information prior to your appointment for administrative accuracy and provider review purposes. Also check for any messages or forms to complete prior to your appointment.
