Hello! My name is Soo Britton, and I am a Limited Licensed Social Worker (LLMSW) with a master's degree from the University of Michigan. I believe that every person deserves a voice worthy of being heard, and I strive to create a space where clients can explore their experiences and struggles safely and with compassion. I work based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients develop practical tools to manage emotional issues, build skills, and confront unhelpful thinking patterns. Moreover, I utilize Motivational Interviewing to assist clients in recognizing their goals and strengths, and I apply Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help forge and heal relational bonds.
I work with children, teens, and adults, tailoring my approach to each individual’s unique needs. Whether working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life changes, I will assist you in approaching these experiences with understanding and purpose. Together, we will build a deeper self-awareness, resilience, and confidence to take meaningful steps toward your goals. I would be honored to be part of your journey toward growth and healing.
