I am a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) with a B.S. in Psychology from Florida Memorial University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across clinical, educational, and behavioral health settings.
Throughout my experience, I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, prolonged grief, autism, and other behavioral and emotional challenges. I also enjoy facilitating therapeutic groups for individuals of all ages, creating welcoming spaces where people can feel heard, supported, and connected while learning skills to navigate life’s challenges.
I believe everyone has strengths that can be built upon, and I strive to meet each person where they are with compassion, respect, and understanding. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals gain greater self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, recognize their strengths, and feel empowered to create meaningful and positive change in their lives.
