Whether your focus is to better manage your emotions, navigate feelings of depression or anxiety, work on your communication and relationships, or any other concerns, I am committed to meeting my clients where they’re at and creating a space in which they can work to achieve their goals.
I often utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and often incorporate other evidence-based interventions.
